Returns & Exchange
We want you to love what you wear.
15-day return
Ready-stock pieces can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be unworn, with all original packaging and certificates.
Made-to-order
Customised and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable. They are covered by a lifetime exchange against any new purchase of equal or higher value.
How to initiate
WhatsApp us with your order ID. We arrange a free insured pickup. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the piece.
Damaged / wrong item
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange a replacement at no cost.
